Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at email@example.com with subject: CANCELLATION. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one month of initiation.
Every single piece designed & produced at Gulmohar goes through stringent quality checks before shipping. However, if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the order with subject: RETURN.
Send us a photograph of the damaged/ incorrect product, so our team can decide whether product is approved for return. Once our quality control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method. In most cases, we ask you to send back the piece via the cheapest possible method (at your cost). In these cases you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging and tags.
We will replace the damaged/ incorrect item with a fresh piece, free of charge in case of a genuine issue with the product, with no additional shipping cost for the replacement. Please note, we do not refund orders. Replacements will only be made after we have received your piece back in its original packaging. We are not liable for any replacements that we were not notified about within 2 days of receipt of the order.
If you wish to exchange a garment for another size in the same style, do send us an email at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the order with subject: SIZE EXCHANGE to enable us to keep that piece aside for you. Clothing sent to us without a prior notice will not be accepted. We will accept returns within 15 days of your mail notifying us.
In the situation where we do not have the required garment size, you can either choose another design or opt for a credit slip valid for three months.
Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the tags are cut off, product is used or damaged while trying or checking at your end.
Cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Refund or exchange is not available on discounted items.
